This page is here to encourage, recommend, and embrace the challenges of life through unapologetic self expression. In my first book, Sunflowers, I tackle the raw emotions I had never been coached or trained to experience. There is no official manual on how to manage the internal beauty and bliss as well as the ugly and grey of life. I did, however, learn that if challenged with honesty, the colors of life are more vibrant, the joy is warmer, and the confidence within yourself is priceless.
